**Important, Please Read***
All of our handmade earrings are uniquely custom made. Each pair will be slightly different from others but made the same. All earrings should be stored in a dry area, (ex.Jewelry box), away from oils and liquids. If earrings are damaged when you receive them upon delivery, you have 5 days to replace them. You would need to take a picture and message me the damaged earrings to receive another pair or discuss other options. I will not need the damaged earrings shipped back.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
